Only 15 minutes from Ascoli Piceno and San Benedetto del Tronto, our Agriturismo makes it easy and convenient to explore the area while being able to then be sure to rest and relax away from the noise of the city.
Our location in Colli del Tronto, the heart of the valley, makes it easy to organize trips to both the mountains and the sea, as well as to the nearby, characteristic villages of Offida, Ripatransone, upper Grottammare, Acquaviva Picena, Montefiore dell’Aso, Torre di Palme and Civitella del Tronto to discover unique places, flavors and traditions that will make your vacation unforgettable. Our rooms immersed in the silence of our hills offer all the comforts you need to spend a perfect vacation. Overlooking the surrounding hills, the Sibillini Mountains, the Gran Sasso d’Abruzzo and our olive groves and orchards…they will give you a unique and unforgettable awakening.
Behind an Agritourism must always be a Farm, and we are proud producers of excellent extra virgin olive oil, winner of numerous competitions, and genuine fruit such as cherries, apricots, peaches, plums, apples (but also in small quantities pears, figs, pomegranates and pomegranates). Fruit, which, adopting the Km 0 policy, we retail directly to consumers.
As for oil, however, we sell it in 3- or 5-liter cans, or in 0.50- or 0.75-liter bottles.
Fun fact: Farmhouse rooms are named after our oils and fruit!
A highlight of the southern Marche region is also wine: among the most typical are Pecorino, Passerina and Rosso Piceno. We will be happy to recommend the best wineries in the area for tastings and to buy a few bottles. A trip to Ascoli Piceno is mandatory to taste the very famous fried olives all’ascolana and to San Benedetto del Tronto for the fish brodetto…in short, there is something for everyone!
But not only the gluttony will be satisfied during your vacation: walks in the countryside, trips to the sea or the mountains, visits to the main monuments of great historical and artistic importance in Ascoli Piceno and all the medieval villages in the valley, a visit to our museum in Colli del Tronto “Celsio Ascenzi Museum” dedicated to bacology can also be arranged.

Ho scelto questa struttura per il compleanno del mio ragazzo e la scelta è stata perfetta. La location davvero bella sa di romanzo, le stanze sono nuovissime e confortevoli. I proprietari sono squisiti e super ospitali, hanno con cura e passione reso il nostro soggiorno un'esperienza bellissima.
La colazione sotto il portico in un'atmosfera pittorica era genuina , abbondante, semplicemente eccezionale. E poi il punto è strategico per visitare gli antichi borghi e raggiungere San Benedetto del Tronto.

Non sempre capita di trovare esattamente quello che viene presentato su internet, a volte capita che non tutto è bello come viene presentato. In questo caso, invece, addirittura le aspettative sono state ampiamente superate e in positivo.
Una location stupenda con panorami eccezionali, un ordine e una pulizia di altissimo livello. Perfetto per chi vuole trovare un'oasi di pace e relax immersi nella natura lontani dal caos...
Abbiamo trascorso tre notti per fine anno in questo splendido casale immerso nella pace delle colline, con un panorama stupendo. La struttura è rifinita con gusto, pulitissima, e l'accoglienza e la disponibilità della proprietaria sono davvero eccezionali. Un cenno particolare merita la colazione, a base di torte e marmellate fatte in casa (ottime).
E' possibile acquistare l'olio e le marmellate di loro produzione ed avere tutte le informazioni sull'allevamento dei bachi da seta. Un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole ... tra l'altro ad un prezzo davvero economico!
